The Envision Green Travel Program was developed in 2003 at the initiative of Darebin City Council, Victoria, Australia. The program is intended for workplaces that wish to encourage and recognise employees adopting 'green modes' of travel i.e. walking, cycling, using public transport or car sharing. It is a Rewards based Program that recognises initiative taken by the employee. Besides offering awards to employees, the program offers powerful yet easy to use utilities to measure progress and impact of the program in the workplace. Due to its comprehensive 'reporting' facilities, it is often considered 'Program Manager's delight' who now have access to vital statistics, on a few a keystrokes and mouse clicks.

The 'Carpooling' program is an off shoot from Envision Green Travel Program (EGT) which was developed in 2003 at the initiative of Darebin City Council, Victoria, Australia. To enable EGT users find matches to share a ride, the program functionality was expanded with a 'Rideshare' or 'Carpooling' program. It provided a much needed utility to Envision Green Travel participants to find carpool matches within the workplace. Impressed with its concept and practicality, we launched the program as an independent product for the benefit of workplaces and communities. Today, Envision Carpooling is the only carpooling product sold in world on a pure commercially sustainable basis. This vouches for its quality, ease of use and highly affordable cost of ownership. With this product, carpooling is no longer a dream. It is a practical and tangible utility.

Compared to EGT, Rideshare or Envision Carpooling is a program designed for users. The program helps in participants to register and find matches themselves. The Envision Carpooling Program frees Carpooling Managers and Administrators to carry many other essential tasks and promotion of of the program. TravelSmart Carpooling is a proactive variant of Envision Carpooling program that offers workplaces an opportunity to proactively establish Carpooling Program with the Carpooling Manager.

Going Places - Building Sustainable Communities: Going Places program was first developed at the initiative of City of Darebin in 2006. The program became an astounding success within its first six months of launch. After the success of Green Travel Travel Program, Kate Myers designed this program to further take the Sustainable initiative deeper into community. The program is open to residents of the City Council who pledge to make two less trips by car. It recognises and rewards them for their effort.
