We believe in a collaborative relationship where everyone is treated with respect. This applies throughout our business - from clients and users, to vendors and employees.
We want to create an environment of partnership and we will always make recommendations that we feel are in your best interests even if (in some cases) this means we walk away from a potential project because we feel we can't provide you with the best solution.
Everyone looks at things differently. It's only through collaboration with those different to us that we can gain true perspective, true innovation, true creativity. By allowing challenges to be viewed through a diverse set of eyes, we are able to create the most innovative solutions to problems.
Envision IT is an inclusive and respectful workplace, whereby race, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender, pregnancy, parental leave or disability is no impediment to recruitment or ongoing employment.
Envision IT firmly believes in affirmative action. We encourage aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, mums returning to work, mature professionals, overseas qualified professionals and others in disadvantaged position in the job market to apply.
We will always act honestly and ethically and expect those we work with to do the same. We will always go the extra mile to deliver your requirements and ensure we deliver a complete solution. We'll never hide behind "scope" to avoid doing the work that needs to be done.
We promote the use of Carpooling, Green Travel and Going Places as well as seeking to increase awareness through participation in local community festivals like the Sustainable Living Festival.
We proudly support many community initiatives including: Cerebral Palsy Support Network, The Safety House, Leukemia Foundation, Olivia Newton John Appeal, SES Volunteers, Rotary Club Children's Christmas Party.
We worked with Envision IT to develop a tool that would allow our client Telstra to better manage their internal parking allocations and floor plan space portfolio on a national scale. The subsequent development of the award-winning Encarp software involved pulling complex data from multiple locations together into one easy to manage portal. The resulting technology allows us to manage more than 3,000 permanent car parking spaces across Australia in addition to delivering easy to use reporting that has helped us prove we are at the forefront of innovation and technology.
Our organisation needed a software product that could connect people into carpooling. Envision IT were able to adeptly navigate the complexities of our project to find an elegant, simple and user-friendly solution. There are currently 160 members on our Green Travel Program and its success is seeing it expand out to other government offices.
We're a growing business and always on the lookout for dynamic, passionate and skilled team members who share our vision and values.
Our team is diverse and we are an Equal Opportunity Employer who welcomes applications from all professionals with the right attitude.
